What was received vs what was ordered for Mother's Day. I ordered the "Hello Sweet" arrangement online and was aware and understood that there may be "a" flower substitution. I also never expect any flower arrangement to look exactly as depicted online. The picture the recipient sent me of what was delivered today is unrecognizable. All of the pink flowers were substituted with a ton of red roses and the rest of the flowers were smothered in baby's breaths (the recipient removed all of them so the roses have room to open). These colors don't say "Mother's Day" , they say, "graduation party" (for a school with red/maroon & yellow colors). This wasn't a simple "flower substitution" , it was an "arrangement substitution". I intentionally ordered 2 weeks ago and requested delivery for the day before Mother's Day so that this would not happen. 10 months ago, another person also wrote a 1 star review for this exact same arrangement, "Hello Sweet". Supporting local Sarasota floral shops and businesses is important to me and each year, I select and trust a new florist for this special day delivery (I am out of state). Kinga at Sue Ellen was an absolute dream to work with as our florist. From the very beginning, she communicated clearly, guided us through every decision, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She truly listened to what we wanted and helped bring that vision to life beautifully!! The floral arch we had, was EXACTLY like my inspiration picture and my bouquet and my bridal party’s bouquets were just gorgeous. What impressed us most was how gracious and flexible she was with last-second changes—no stress, no pressure, just calm professionalism and reassurance. Everything turned out stunning and exactly how we imagined. On the day of the wedding, all the florals were delivered on time and in perfect condition. I received one of the most gorgeous bouquets made my Sue Ellen’s Floral. They customized the bouquet to the senders specifications to make it unique. They also accommodated the sender and made an exception to deliver at a specific time. The red roses are huge and very fragrant. I’m impressed!!!

I am not local to Sarasota, FL and I looked up floral shops online. I came across Sue Ellen's Floral Boutique and placed an order for the Lilies of paradise arrangement. The purpose of the arrangement was to pass on condolences for the loss of their family dog, which was like a daughter to them. My friend was absolutely taken back when she saw the beautiful arrangement. If I ever have a need for a floral arrangement in Sarasota I will definitely go back to Sue Ellen's! The only negative I have to say is that they are not nationwide so I can use them more often!

Better than I could have ever hoped for! I had the pleasure of working with this business to provide florals for my wedding. I believe the business to be professional and very fairly priced. My wedding bouquet and wedding reception centerpieces were stunning. Fresh flowers that stayed brilliant and bright all evening long. I highly recommend Sue Ellen’s for all your floral needs!
